Excellent opportunity for an experienced 2nd line support analyst to join a leading Law Firm. With experience of assisting users on a desk side basis, you will excel within desktop, server and network related support, be extremely client facing and eager to contribute to raising the profile of IT within the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for backup procedures, installing and configuring new PCs, installing and maintaining the phone system, system documentation, setting up new users and providing technical advice and assistance. MS Office suite, Windows XP running in a NT4 domain, Exchange 5.5, TCP*IP, Outlook required.
